[December Export Results] We exported Binchotan charcoal, building on the trust of our customers in Kyushu.

Since the 2023 fiscal year, we have earned the trust and confidence of Mr./Ms. N, who imports Binchotan charcoal, and we received a follow-up order in November.
We would like to share the process.

On November 15, we received the purchase order.

Our factory has already started production to ensure a prompt response.

The raw materials are tightly packed into the charcoal kiln.

The charcoal, glowing red at 1000°C, is taken out of the kiln and extinguished.

After extinguishing, the charcoal is sorted and specially selected.

Small twigs and uneven pieces are trimmed to ensure a clean, uniform appearance.

After that, the charcoal is packaged.

The goods were loaded into the container, completed the shipping procedures, and were exported.

They arrived at Hakata Port on December 24 and were delivered to the customer.
