“January 2024 Report” – First Shipment of Binchotan Charcoal in the New Year

This time, we successfully completed the work that began before dawn and made our first shipment of Binchotan charcoal for 2024.
Today, we would like to share the process from order placement to shipment.

On December 5, we received the purchase order from our customer.

We always plan our production in advance to ensure a steady supply of new products.

We were processing the timber and preparing it for kiln loading.

Here are the photos of the kiln loading and unloading processes.

Selection and Packaging

Before sealing, we conducted a final check of the standards, quality, and size.

The day we loaded the container, the work that began before dawn was successfully completed.

We then proceeded with the shipping procedures and delivered the goods to our customer.
